Erica of K-Sisters Cosplay

Erica is a craft-focused, award-winning cosplayer of 10+ years, concentrating mostly in anime, cartoons and pop-culture. Her passion is building detailed, multi-disciplinary projects using a variety of fabrication techniques and materials, and she prefers the tactical experience and organic control of handcrafting vs machines. She deeply enjoys the process of cosplay design, and aims for each build to tell a unique story by incorporating historical/cultural crafting techniques and (sometimes hidden) details that reference the character's personality, environment, and story/lore. She has cosplayed competitively since 2021 and has won major awards for both craftsmanship and performance, and most recently appeared in the Cosplay Crown Championship at NYCC 2024.
