Anndi McAfee

Anndi McAfee is an American actress, voice actress, best known as the voice of Phoebe Heyerdahl in Nickelodeon's Hey Arnold! and Cera in The Land Before Time franchise (1997-present). Her other roles include Robyn Starling in Tom and Jerry: The Movie, Ashley Armbruster in Disney's Recess, and Carrie Kelly (Robin) in The New Batman Adventures. In video games, she has voiced Emily Wong across the Mass Effect franchise, Lebreau in Final Fantasy XIII, Monica in Dark Cloud 2, Barbie in multiple video games, and dozens of other characters across animation, film, and gaming.
